Living in the Desert
We call it the Tucson Climate Accord (take that Paris)! Our beautiful grounds are designed with exclusively native cactus and plants. Our grass is artificial. We use state of the art low-flow water fixtures and toilets that save water without it feeling that way. Each apartment has a central A/C system that is highly efficient (high SEER rating) and uses environmentally friendly R410A refrigerant. We only use LED light fixtures because we know how bright you are!
